1. Weight loss

Drink fresh lemonade to prevent cough. You can also slice the lemon and dump the slices in a liter of water. Add crushed flax seeds and cook for about 20 minutes. Flax seeds are also an amazing expectorant. Strain and sweeten with organic honey.

4. Psoriasis

This chronic skin disease requires peristent and systemic treatment.

Believe it or not, the citric acid in lemons works well on dry skin and reduces flaking. It also restores skin moisture and aids in the removal of dead skin.

Apply some lemon juice directly on the affected area few times a day, then stay for a few minutes in the sun. Within a few weeks, increase the time you spend in the sun. Lemon juice is rich in psoralens, natural substances found in plants.

They are sensitive to UVA rays and affect the skin. Dermatologists often prescribe oral or topical application of psoralens in combination with UVA treatment as a super-effective therapy for psoriasis.

Lemons are rich in pectin, a fiber that converts into gel in the intestine and stimulates intestinal contractions. Cellulose attracts water, which improves digestion. Add lemon juice and lemon peel to your everyday diet. Always use organic lemons.

6. Hypertension

7. Urinary infections

Poor dietary choices are not something you need if you are dealing with bladder inflammation, because acidic urin only makes the situation worse and increases pain.

The pH value of the urine varies between 4.5 and 9, but the ideal pH value is between 5.8 and 6.8. If you by any chance did not know it, lemons create an alkaline environment in your body!

Drink some lemon water 2-3 times a day. Use it as a substitute for vinegar. Some people even add it to sauces, but it is great when added in fish specialties. Lemon juice makes fruit salads even more delicious, and keeps the fruit slices fresh for longer.
